Human Resources Director and Compliance Officer

Job Summary:

The Director of Human Resources provides leadership in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating the Human Resources function of the Agency. The major policy areas of responsibility include recruitment, orientation, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, unemployment and workers compensation, job documentation, performance evaluation and discipline. Compliance Officer responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing LCMHS systems, policies and processes, and evaluating how company processes and policies align with internal policies and federal and state regulations. The incumbent will be a member of the Agency’s Senior Leadership Team.

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years relevant experience. Master's degree preferred.
