Service Coordinator

Program: Developmental Services

Hours: Full-Time

Location: Morrisville

Job Summary:

The Service Coordinator provides coordination to children and adults who have developmental disabilities. This includes community/home support, employment, and respite. This coordination occurs in a home community based setting while following Medicaid State and agency guidelines. It is the incumbent’s job to ensure that consumers’ goals are being met.

Education/Experience

Required: Bachelor’s degree required and 1+ years’ experience in developmental disability services required.
