DS ITS House Manager
Job Summary
The ITS House Manager oversees the admirative and clinical aspects of the Intensive Transition Bed. The incumbent is responsible for program development and maintenance, supervision of staff, and functioning within the Developmental Service Division. The ITS House Manager will be able to fill in for the direct support staff during absences as well as be willing to work an alternative schedule. This person must be able to be on call as needed to support staff and for staffing and other emergency situations within the program.

Education/Experience
Required: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years experience in human services with some exposure to management practices
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in human services or master’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling; 2 years of experience working with a person(s) having a mental health condition; 1 year of supervisory experience
License/Certifications
Required:
Preferred: RN/LADC/LCMHC/LICSW
