Developmental Services Assistant Director
Program: Developmental Services
Hours: Full-Time
Location: Morrisville
Job Summary:
The Associate Director oversees the day-to-day Developmental Services program’s operations in
accordance with established regulatory and agency standards. This includes developing, planning, and
implementing comprehensive services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families as well
as additional leadership and administrative tasks. As a member of the leadership team, they will work
closely with the DS Director and other agency management staff.
Education/Experience:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in human services-related field, plus two years’ experience as a DS Senior
Service Coordinator
Preferred: Master’s Degree with multiple years of supervisory experience required
