School Based Clinical Manager

Job Summary:

Year-round professional position responsible for clinically supervising assigned staff and cases within the School Based Clinical Services program, Clinical and administrative oversight for minimum of 4 School Based staff. Clinical intake and reassessment for SBMH program. Short term therapeutic work for high needs students, including CAMS, potential therapeutic family work. Co-facilitate of school-bases groups and training. Direct work with school and agency teams supporting identified clients.

Attend coordinated Service Plan meetings, agency Emergency Services, Intake, and Manager team meetings. Collaborate with school and DCF teams to meet the needs of identifies families and students. Member of at least one agency wife committee. MyAvatar (electronic medical record system) superuser/trainer for SBC program. Additional clinical consultation and support to schools and families as needed.

Education/Experience:

Requires: Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work, LCMHC or LICSW

Preferred: LCMHS or LICSW with 2 years of supervisory experience.
