CYFS Outpatient Therapist
Program: Children, Youth, & Family Services
The Children, Youth, and Family Services Outpatient Therapist provides case management, assessment, individual and group outpatient counseling to children, adolescents, and their families. This position is an integral part of the CYFS team, and would need to have strong clinical skills, be able to work on complex teams.
Master’s degree in psychology or social work and be roster eligible (license preferred) and minimum of one year experience in the following: children who have emotional and/or behavioral disorders, children and their families in a therapeutic relationship, Vermont’s system of care for children and youth, agencies that serve this population (DCF, schools, court diversion, etc.) and facilitation of complex clinical teams required. Master’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience preferred.
