Job Summary:

The Home and Community Based Therapist (HCBT) provides intensive, short-term (6 to 9 months), home-based therapy and case management to families in the community.

Education/Experience

Required:  Completed Master’s Degree

License/Certifications

Required:  Roster-eligible in Vermont for Allied Mental Health

Preferred:  LCMHC or LICSW
