Early Childhood Family Mental Health/Outpatient Case Manager

Job Summary:
The Children’s Integrated Services (CIS)/Outpatient Therapeutic Case Manager will provide case management, psychoeducation and clinical recommendations to a caseload; made up of half children aged 0-6 and half children being served in the outpatient program up to the age of 22 performing 22-25 hours of direct service per week. The case manager works with families to develop treatment plans and implement therapeutic interventions to support clients in reaching established goals across settings, including in homes, child cares, and schools. Additionally the case manager is responsible to coordinate services, collaborate with other service providers, and maintain appropriate documentation of services provided.

Education/Experience
Required: Bachelor’s degree and experience working with children with emotional and behavioral difficulties required.
