Access Program Manager
This position oversees the work connected to Access Programming. This includes personnel supervision, programmatic administrative tasks, and coordinates with all other CYFS programming.

Education/Experience
Required: Completed Master’s Degree (roster/license eligible) in mental health field. Minimum of one year experience with:
· working with children who have emotional and/or behavioral disorders;
· working with children and families in a therapeutic relationship;
· Vermont’s system of care for children and youth, and working with agencies that serve this population, i.e., DCF, schools, court diversion, etc.;
· facilitating complex clinical teams; and
· supervising direct care staff.
License/Certifications
Required: Rostered In Vermont
Preferred: LICSW or LCMHC
