Custodian

We are seeking a dedicated Facility Custodian to join our team and ensure our facilities remain in impeccable condition to support our vision of promoting mental health and well-being in our community.

Duties:
- Perform general custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Clean and maintain common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Assist with porter duties, such as moving furniture or equipment as needed
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks as required
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
