CPS Assistant Manager
Job Summary
Provides services to consumers through medication supports and documents these services according to accepted clinical standards and state regulations. The CPS Assistant Manager will also provide assistance to the prescribers and Director of Nursing. Oversight of Medication Room to include: Review of monthly cycle fill medications/bubble packs, timely refill ordering of PRNs, replacing monthly MARs and assisting RN in verifying their accuracy, trains and orients all new employees, maintains accurate inventory of med room supplies and provides technical assistance with Team members in EMR.

Education/Experience
Required: High School Diploma and 1 year as a medication specialist and/or 1-year experience as an LNA or Medical Assistant. Fluent in Microsoft applications and electronic health record software.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or LNA.
License/Certifications
Required: valid drivers' license and current automobile registration and insurance
