This incumbent in this position assists the Copley House Clinical Coordinator with administrative and clinical aspects of Copley House.  It entails program development, maintenance, supervision of staff, and functioning within the home.  This employee has the responsibility to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the home as well as staff operations and scheduling.  They will be able to fill in for the manager in their absence as well as be willing to work an alternative schedule.  This incumbent must be able to be on call as needed for staffing and Copley House emergency situations.

Education/Experience

High School diploma or equivalent three years or more of work experience in a mental health setting

and one year of supervisory experience

OR

Associate degree in a human service field with three years of work experience in mental health field

and one year of supervisory experience

OR

Bachelor’s degree in a human service field with 1 hear work experience in mental health.  And one year

of supervisory experience

License/Certifications

Required:  Valid drivers’ license

Preferred:  RN/LADC/LCMHC/LICSW
