Copley House Manager

Location: Morrisville

Job Summary:

The Copley House Manager oversees the administrative and clinical aspects of a level 3 community care home.  The incumbent is responsible for program development and maintenance, supervision of staff, and functioning within the CRT program.

Education/Experience

Required:  Bachelor’s degree in related field; at least 3 years’ experience working with people with persistent and chronic mental illness

Preferred:  Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field; at least 3 years’ experience working with people with persistent and chronic mental illness; at least 2 years of supervisory experience

License/Certifications

Required:  

Preferred:  Licensed, or working toward licensure, in the State of Vermont as LCMHC, LICSW, Psychologist (doctorate or master’s level)
