Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor
Job Summary
Professional position responsible for designing and implementing interventions and support strategies for students diagnosed on the autism spectrum who receive services through the Valley ABA Program. FBAs, assessments, individualized program development, data analysis, and all other areas of programming will be overseen by this position. The BCBA ABA Supervisor will provide ongoing training and support to the RBTs, consumers, families, and school teams when appropriate. They will provide direct supervision to the Valley ABA Service Coordinator, the RBTs, and any Behavior Consultants that have cases in the Valley ABA Program. The BCBA Behavior Supervisor will also provide supervision to any Behavior Consultants working towards their BCaBA, BCBA certification.
