Johnson Group Home Residential Support Staff (Full-Time)

Job Summary:

As a member of the residential staff, the incumbent works to establish and maintain a respectful and dignified atmosphere for psychiatrically-disabled residents.  Work includes both housekeeping duties and providing safety and support to residents.

Education/Experience

Required:  High School Diploma

Preferred:  Bachelor’s Degree in human services field; at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

License/Certifications

Required:  Valid drivers’ license

Preferred:  LNA and/or NAPPI Safety Training
