Intake Case Manager

Job Summary

The Intake case manager is responsible for replying to all inquiries made for services at Lamoille County Mental Health Services and supporting through the intake process. This position will also support the intake process by completing all paperwork and screens required. This position will remain the first contact for new clients the following intake until they can be assigned to another service provider. This position will also be responsible for tracking referrals and providing case management to those referred both internally and externally to Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality therapy. This position will be knowledgeable of all the services the agency offers as well as eligibility for each of these services in order to provide a comprehensive first contact for all potential clients.

Education/Experience

Required:  Completed Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred: Completed bachelor’s degree.

License/Certifications

Preferred:  Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist (CEHRS) or other similar certification
