Director of Outpatient Therapeutic Services

Program: Behavioral Health

Hours: Full-Time

Location: Morrisville

Job Summary:

In this position, the ATS Director will provide and supervise others providing assessment, psychotherapy, and other clinical services as needed. The role requires ongoing collaboration with child and adult mental health, and developmental services to provide the necessary psychotherapeutic services.

Education: 

Required: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field with five years of related experience and/or training in a supervisory or leadership role.

Preferred: Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling. Ten years or more of experience in both community and inpatient environments. 

 

License/Certifications: 

Required: Vermont state licensure in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling for at least two years.

Preferred: Additional licensure as a LADC or similar; plus five years of licensure.
