CPS Medication Team Coordinator

Program: Behavioral Health

Hours: Part-time 

Location: Morrisville

Job Summary:

Provides services to consumers through medication supports, and documents these services according to accepted clincial standards and state regulations. The CPS Medication Coordinator will also provide assitance to the prescribers and CPS Nurse Manager.

Education:

Required: HS diploma and 1 year as a medication specialist

AND/OR

1. 1 year expereince as a Medical Assistant

Preferred: Associate's degree and 1 year of expereince as a medication specialist

Required: LNA; valid drivers license and current automobile registration and insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $16.50 per hour
