Program: Behavioral Health
Hours: Full-Time
Location: Morrisville
Job Summary:
Copley House staff work independently and as part of a treatment team to support clients experiencing symptoms of psychiatric illness. Staff will help client maintain their safety using a variety of skills including the following: crisis intervention, supportive counseling, medication monitoring, observation and assessment, assistance with ADL’s, coordination of treatment, maintaining a safe and clean unit, and completion of all related documentation.

Education/Experience
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in human services field; at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
License/Certifications
Required: Valid drivers’ license
Preferred: LNA and/or Pro-Act Safety Training
