Job Summary

The Controller is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Financial department, including accounting, accounts receivables, payroll, and accounts payable. The Controller manages accurate and timely records of all agency financial data and financial reporting, including forecasts, projections and reporting required by funding sources or regulatory bodies. The role guards the financial resources of the company by managing, developing and monitoring financial and internal controls.

Education/Experience

Required: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and 3 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training in the health care environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous supervisory experience required.

License/Certifications

Required: Valid drivers’ license or ability to travel quickly from location to location.

Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus
