Vermont Care Partners (VCP), representing 16 of the State’s Designated and Specialized Service Agencies is working closely together with the Vermont Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Program (LEND) at the University of Vermont College of Medicine to develop this very important two day experience exploring diversity and health care.
