Welcome to the 2nd Annual LCMHS Zumbathon!
Please help fundraise for LCMHS programs offered to the Lamoille Valley community. Your support is extremely important for this event's success!
There are many ways you could help:
by JOINING THE FUN and registering as a participant. Individual registration is $20.
by CREATING A TEAM, joining the fun and fundraising as a group (Individual registration also required)
Prizes will be offered to teams however we invite you to donate more if you choose. Encourage co-workers, family and friends to join your team or contribute (use our email template below). Donations can be done online, or collected by you by using the "pledge donation form". You can also place a link on your Facebook or Twitter account and ask people to support LCMHS 2nd Annual Zumbathon. Prizes will be awarded!
Team Awards and Prizes (to be presented at the Zumbathon)
· The team with the most participants will win the Spirit Award, which will be passed annually to the winning team.
· The top fundraising team (or individual) will win a prize.
· Captains that start a team AND are able to raise a minimum of $200 will enter on a raffle for a prize.
by SPONSORING A PARTICIPANT OR A TEAM. Support your friend's fundraising efforts by making a donation directly to the participant or by going online to our event’s page. Selecting the "Register or Donate Now" button and make sure to type the name of the person or team that you are sponsoring.
by SPONSORING THE EVENT AS A BUSINESS. LCMHS is a 501(c) 3 organization, your monetary donations are deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. Please fill out the registration form and select one of the sponsor options provided. We offer four levels of sponsorship, each offering different benefits
Levels of sponsorship:
- Friend $100 - Acknowledgement on LCMHS website and Social Media outlets
- Supporter $250 - Same as Friend sponsorship plus a link to your organization's website on our event page
- Benefactor $500 - Same as Sponsor plus visual advertisement of your logo at the event. (please provide banner before the event’s date)
- Corporate Sponsorship $1,000 - Same as Benefactor plus premier acknowledgment on our event T-shirt, event flyer and press materials. (deadline to be included on printed materials - Jan 6, 2017)
