Job Summary:

The School-Based Clinical Manager provides clinical services for children, adolescents, and families who have, or are at risk of developing emotional and/or behavioral challenges, and supervises the staff of school-based therapists.

Requirements:

Master's degree in the human services field and minimum of one year experience in the following:

* children who have emotional and/or behavioral disorders
* children and their families in a therapeutic relationship
* Vermont's system of care for children and youth
* agencies that serve this population (DCF, schools, court diversion, etc.)
* facilitation of complex clinical teams required
Master's degree and 3-5 years' experience preferred
