Project AWARE Clinical Coordinator

Program: Children, Youth, & Family Services

Job Summary:

Provides clinical services for children, adolescents, and families who have, or are at risk of developing, emotional and/or behavioral challenges, supervises the staff of school-based therapists, provides consultation, training, and assessment for school staff and treatment teams. Essential team lead on Advancing Wellness and Resilience in Education (AWARE) district team.

Education/Experience

Required:  Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work or School Counseling, 2+ years working with students and families in a school or mental health setting. 

Preferred:  5 years of experience working with complex teams in a mental health and educational setting.

License/Certifications

Required:  Rostered in the State of Vermont.

Preferred:  Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, School Counselor
