Compliance and Quality Assurance Officer
Provide management and oversight to quality improvement process as well as being compliance officer. Compliance officer will review and analyze LCMHS's systems and processes and evaluates how these processes align with the Agency's strategic vision and business pracrices and assures the systems comply with internal and external regulations and policies. This position also has the function of directing Agency employees in regulatory compliance and maintaining the effectiveness of the Corporate Compliance Program.
Education: Required: Master's degree in Human Services, Business Administration or other related field and 3-5 years' experience working in a management role in a health care organization or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Preferred: Coursework in human resources, compliance or regulatory structures. Experience in health care corporate compliance as well as familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.
