ASAP Oasis Assistant Manager
Program: Emergency Services
The Oasis House Assistant Manager assists the Oasis House Manager with administrative and clinical aspects of the Oasis House. It entails program development, maintenance, training and supervision of staff, and all daily operations within the home. This incumbent will be able to fill in for the manager during absences as well as be willing to work an alternative schedule. This incumbent must be able to be on call as needed to support staff and for staffing and other emergency situations within the program.
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience in human services with some exposure to management practices required. Bachelor’s degree in human services or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling; 2 years or experience working with person having a mental health condition; 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
