ASAP Program Assistant Manager

The ASAP (Alcohol and Substance Awareness Program) Program Assistant Manager supports the ASAP Manager and coordinates day-to-day operations of ASAP. The Assistant Program Manager works directly with ASAP consumers in crisis to provide substance use assessment, brief residential care, then referral and follow-up services as indicated. This position collaborates with the program manager and other area substance use care and support providers as well as medical and law enforcement agencies.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in health, mental health, and/or educational setting required. This may include volunteer service and personal recovery experience. Master’s degree and 5-10 years’ experience in substance use and mental health treatment services preferred in substance use and mental health treatment services preferred. For individuals in personal recovery, a minimum of a one-year period of being clean and sober is expected.
