Outpatient/Children’s Integrated Services Program Manager
Program: Children, Youth, & Family Services
The Children’s Integrated Services (CIS)/Outpatient Therapeutic Case Manager will provide case management, psychoeducation and clinical recommendations to a caseload of approximately 24 children; made up of half children aged 0-6 and the other half children being served in the outpatient program up to the age of 22. The case manager works with families to develop treatment plans and implement therapeutic interventions to support clients in reaching established goals across settings, including in homes, child cares, and schools. Additionally the Case Manager is responsible to coordinate services, collaborate with other service providers, and maintain appropriate documentation of services provided.
Education: Bachelor’s degree and experience working with children with emotional and behavioral difficulties required.
