Access and Enhanced Family Services Program Manager
Program: Children, Youth, & Family Services
The Access and Enhanced Family Services (EFS) Program Manager over sees the work connected to the Access and EFS programming. This includes personnel supervision, programmatic administrative tasks and coordinates with all other CYFS programming.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree (roster/license eligible) in mental health field. Minimum of 1 year experience with: working with children who have emotional and/or behavioral disorders; working with children and families in a therapeutic relationship; Vermont’s system of care for Children and youth, and working with agencies that serve this population, i.e., DCF, schools, court diversion, etc.; facilitating complex clinical teams; and supervision direct care staff required. In addition to above minimum qualification, LICSW or LCMHC preferred.
