Copley House Assistant Manager
Program: Behavioral Health
The Assistant Manager assists the Copley House Manager with administrative and clinical aspects of Copley House. It entails program development, maintenance, supervision of staff, and functioning within the home. This person has the responsibility to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the home, staff, operations, and scheduling. They will be able to fill in for the manager and be willing to work an alternative schedule, and be on call as needed for emergency situations and staff shortages.
Education: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience in human services with some exposure to management practices
